Mojave Rangers: The Game – Mojave Rangers is a Fallout-themed Live-Action Role Play game that uses GURPS tabletop RPG modules and a Fallout: New Vegas mod and airsoft/milsim to teach real-world first aid, radio and outdoor skills

The Mojave Rangers are a volunteer civilian group that runs security, medical and tech routes in the Mojave Desert

- Crawl, Walk, Run Training Methodology
- Fort Phase: Crawl (Individual Skills)
- Focus: Basics, fundamentals, and precision.
Activities: Classroom lectures, dry-fire exercises, and practicing fundamentals without speed.- Purpose: Building muscle memory for tasks like weapon handling and movement techniques.
- Patrol Base Phase: Walk (Collective Training)
- Focus: Teamwork, unit communication, and increased complexity.
- Activities: Field training exercises, maneuvering in gear, and using force-on-force training with plastic BB’s to simulate noise and chaos.
- Purpose: Integrating individual skills (from the crawl phase) into team scenarios (e.g., buddy team maneuvers).
- SAR Phase: Run (Operational Proficiency)
- Focus: High-stress, maximum speed, and realistic combat simulations.
- Activities: Full force-on-force maneuvers, complex scenarios like the 5 Ranger Training Missions, and field training exercises.
- Purpose: Ensuring troopers can operate in high-stress, dangerous situations, such as multi-day milsim team training.
- Fort Phase: Crawl (Individual Skills)

- Monthly Training Schedule: Live-stream training from Fort Edwards or one of the local Ranger Training Teams. Mojave Ranger School hosts trainings and skill sessions every Saturday.

- The Mojave Ranger Corporal is the equivalent of a Black Belt

Ranger Training Clubs: Remote Training for the Mojave National Guard
- Ranger Training Clubs include
- Ranger Training Team: hosts a local Meetup Group
- Coordinates training with the rest of Ranger Company A
- Coordinates with local Merchant’s Guild Vendor, with Rangers running short demonstrations at vendor outposts
- Merchant’s Guild Vendor: manages a Mojave Ranger Outpost at local flea and farmer’s markets
- Coordinates with local Rangers and has products available for trainees on training days
- Ranger Training Team: hosts a local Meetup Group
- Ranger Training Clubs include
Merchant’s Guild and Fort Edwards Shops: like an Old West cavalry fort, Fort Edwards has military trainers and staff as well as civilian merchants and shopkeepers. Ranger Training Clubs have an affiliate link that gives a 10% club commission to be used for club insurance and operating expenses.

- The Fort Edwards Post Xchange & Mojave General Store carries products from Wasteland vendors and crafters.
- The Fort Edwards Armory carries airsoft guns and gear with discounts for players
- The Atomic Cafe: snacks and munchies in exchange for bottle caps

- Mojave Express Pak-N-Ship: the Fort Edwards shipping department that handles Etsy and online order fulfillment

Mojave Ranger School PIO Team: The PIO Team is its own career track within Mojave Ranger School. The Mojave Ranger School PIO Team works directly under the Command Staff Public Information Officer and assists with media production for the project.
- PIO Team members share a Developer’s Royalty for the classic novels, Field Manual and other sellable media they help produce.
- The PIO Team has 4 departments managed by Lead Producers; Web, Multi-media, Video and Books.
- Producers are in charge of an article, show episode, comic, catalog or other project.
- Assistant Producers manage production chores for Producers
- Interns are there to learn the system.
