Mojave Rangers: The Game
Mojave Rangers is a Live Action Role Play game (LARP) that uses tabletop RPG’s and video games as well as milsim and airsoft guns to teach real-world first aid, radio and outdoor skills.
The game is a live-action post-apocalyptic immersive roleplay weekend at a remote fort in the Mojave Desert. It takes special skills just to survive the environment for the weekend.
At the ultimate level the Mojave Rangers game is 2 properly-trained and paid groups of contractors (MIKE Force v. OpFor) running their own operations against each other in a persistent, immersive milsim campaign based at Fort Edwards, which is about 14 miles from Edwards AFB in the CA desert.
Rangers, Trainees, Settlers, Refugees and Mojave Residents are welcome to participate in the immersion in their chosen areas to the extent of their training and scope of practice, while the 1st SFG Good Guys go after the OpFor Raider Bad Guys every weekend.

Launching the Game
Phase 1a: Recruiting Milsim Players as Instructors
Phase 1 for launching the game is to develop an instructor cadre of active milsim players with military experience and their own gear.
Our goal as a business is to provide free training, by immersing trainees into an ongoing, persistent post-apocalyptic milsim scenario. MIKE Force are the instructors for the scenario as well as a sponsored milsim team.

Phase 1b: Recruiting Vendors for the Merchant’s Guild’s Mojave Sales Team
The Mojave Sales Team Team is a select group of vendors in LA, Vegas and the central valley who manage the flea market booths at the Rose Bowl and Las Vegas flea markets and farmer’s markets in the central valley.
In addition to cash flow for the General Fund and marketing for wasteland vendors, the flea markets and events provide training venues for short 15-minute first aid, radio and other demonstrations from MIKE Force and local Rangers, for local Mojave Residents.

Mojave Ranger Plank-Owner Bonus
The first crew to test a new ship are called Plank-Owners. Mojave Ranger Plank-Owners are the initial cadre graduates of the Ranger Basic Course and the first people awarded the Mojave Ranger Tab.
Plank-Owners get a monthly bonus from the General Fund and can name one of the buildings or bunkers at the fort. See the movie The Green Berets for reference to naming the buildings.
Following the monthly schedule it takes about 2 years to fully train a Mojave Ranger, and the game is on a 2-year launch timeline, so everyone has an equal opportunity to be a Plank-Owner.
About the Game
The Game is managed by the 3rd Special Operations Brigade, a family-friendly Fallout-themed airsoft/milsim club that uses video games, tabletop RPG’s and Live Action Role Play to teach first aid, radio, aviation and outdoor skills in an immersive military simulation environment at a small fort in the Mojave Desert.
Mojave Rangers is free to play and the game can be run and managed anywhere, from a vanilla version (no airsoft guns) to a full-out milsim weekend at Fort Edwards.
