Affiliated Ranger Training and Flight Training Clubs provide free training for local residents within the club’s area of operations (AO). Currently Club AO’s are set at the County level. US States are divided into Counties. There are about 3,300 counties in the US and the initial organization is for 1 club per County.
3rd SOB is further divided into Area Commands, which consolidate the Counties into a larger, more manageable framework. The ICS training covers these details.
Affiliated Clubs make a 5% club commission to cover insurance and operating costs. Club members can make individual commissions, stipends and bonuses.
5 Parts of an Affiliated Club

- The Ranger Teams: the public facing component that runs security, medical and support missions
- The Merchant’s Guild: the civilian merchants who mange the retail operations
- The PIO Team: each club has an internal PIO Team that promotes the events and media from the club
