HOW to play the game

Over the next 18 months Mojave Ranger School will become a staffed post-apocalyptic ren fair with free training and camping for trainees and paid opportunities for station staff.
Playing the game at Mojave Station entails choosing a character role and then fulfilling that role in a live-action version of Fallout: New Vegas. Like West World without the sex-bots.
My goal is to pay people to fulfill their roles. There’s very few tourists in an Old West fort, most of the people there have a job.
10×10 cabins & Bunkers
We’re not building anything permanent on this site and we’re using 10×10 cabins/bunkers with 10×10 courtyards because it creates a small, tight ‘village’ that can still be extremely useful.
Mojave Ranger School, LLC, has shops in Vista de Nada for various segments of the operation,
- Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving: Old West-style laser engraving shop
- Gun Runners Armory: airsoft sales, rentals and repairs
- Wasteland Gallery: 8×10 and 16×20 post-apocalyptic art prints
- Atomic Cafe: for the staff – soups, sandwiches and light snacks
- Vista de Nada General Store: some of everything, from wasteland vendors
- Mojave Express Pak-N-Ship: our shipping department
- Wasteland Public Access TV: 10×10 video production studio
Shopkeepers are campground hosts who get room and board in return for a 4-hour shift in one of the shops.
Gun Runners are members of the optional sales team who take orders for products made and fulfilled from the shops. Gun Runners are the hunters for the operation and they feed the station.
Rank-Based Stipends and Graduate Bonuses
The Mojave Ranger School training system is a paid apprenticeship that incentives matriculation through the system and setting up local satellite schools.
Trainees get free training and, for those interested in management; access to products, online resources and a turn-key micro-franchise that pays Rangers to build their own organization locally.
You play the game by fulfilling your role at the station. Getting paid to play is optional, but you can start anytime.
