Welcome to Mojave Ranger School.

I’m ready to start bringing people onboard the Mojave Ranger School and there’s some things I could use your help with if you’re interested.

The Offer
I have 6 (of 10) positions available on the Field Manual publishing team. I’m splitting the author’s royalty between the 10 positions.

I have idea how many copies of the Field Manuals and Task Books we can sell, but there’s several of each that will be available over the next year.

Video Crew/Model’s Royalty
I’m also splitting the Video Crew/Model’s Royalty between 10 people who help with the videos and whose photos we use in the books, online courses, etc.

What I Need Help With
I need help with photos and videos, help managing the cameras as well as on-camera talent.

I also need various instructors, assistant instructors (no experience necessary), classroom assistants, event assistants, carpool drivers, etc. if any of that sounds fun.

Classes in November/December
I’ll be running some basic first aid, radio and milsim classes in a couple weeks to shoot video, even if no students show up. The goal is to be running live-stream classes from the ranger station site in January.

Nonprofits and For-Profits
The Mojave Ranger School is now officially registered as a nonprofit and all our classes and camping are free for registered trainees.

The Field Manuals, Task Books and classic novels are published through the nonprofit since they are directly related to the training.

100% of the net profit from the training manuals goes to operating expenses for the remote training and Ranger Training Teams.

Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving is my for-profit LLC that I’m currently running all the business tasks through. Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving sponsors several shops at the Village of Vista de Nada and publishing and video crew can also make sales commissions and get paid for other tasks through the LLC.

The businesses are separated to protect the Fallout IP, and nothing with the Fallout brand gets sold for profit. Gute-N-Berg donates 90% of our net profit to maintain the ranger school operating expenses with the remaining 10% split between the crew.

For-Profit Shops at Vista de Nada

The Village of Vista de Nada rents shop and cabin combinations to wasteland vendors and shopkeepers.

Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving rents the following shops,

• Gute-N-Berg Laser Engraving shop: old west-style laser engraving shop
• Mojave Armory: airsoft guns, gear and repairs
• Wasteland Gallery: 8×10 and 16×20 art prints of wasteland images.
• Atomic Cafe: provides MRE’s for trainees and free snacks and munchies for attendees
• Vista de Nada General Store sells gear and goods from wasteland artists, authors and vendors
