Shuttle Buses

While Mojave Ranger School can potentially sponsor and train many members in many clubs around the country, Mojave Station is a very small, very remote site with limited public access and zero (0) public parking.

Training at Mojave Station is limited to a small number of players and guests, which creates a more intimate atmosphere, but requires RSVP’s and transportation arrangements.

Mojave Station is remote with limited vehicular access and Mojave Ranger School doesn’t allow casual visitors because road improvement is very, very far down the list of accommodations the school is spending money on.

The site is several miles off the closest paved road and the access roads have wash-outs and other impediments to casual vehicular traffic. Very little of the Mojave Station site is available for parking, and the management likes it that way.

You do not want your car parked in the desert sun in a place where it’s guaranteed to get shot at by people with machine guns that shoot plastic BB’s, even if the management were willing to waste the space on a parking lot.

There is no safe place to park here, even if your vehicle can get through the roads, so don’t drive out.

In most cases, Mojave Ranger School students hike into Mojave Station while their families and non-students get transport on a Troop 4 convoy.

The simple solution is to have shuttle buses in New Vegas, the Boneyard and Ft. Fresno, which make weekend commuter trips to Mojave Station. Financial details are in the Business Plan.

Trainees, families and guests can come for the day, or the weekend, with free training and camping and inexpensive transportation included.

Mojave Station has limited RSVP availability and troopers from Ranger Training Clubs can fly into New Vegas, get picked up at the airport, and have their immersive adventure start on board the shuttle bus before they even leave McCarran.

Our goal has never been to mass market to casual visitors, but to create an intimate immersive adventure for our trainees and families.
